一、 IHG vertical single stage single suction centrifugal pump product overview:
IHG vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal pump is a new generation of energy-saving and environmental protection vertical centrifugal pump developed on the basis of ISG technology. This series of pumps have excellent performance, high reliability, long service life, reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
二、 IHG vertical single stage single suction centrifugal pump features:
1. The pump is of vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet caliber and located on the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with compact and beautiful appearance, small floor area and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial dimension, compact structure, reasonable pump and motor bearing configuration, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or combination of mechanical seal, imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium-sized high temperature resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.
4. It is easy to install and maintain. It is not necessary to remove the pipe road system. All rotor parts can be extracted by removing the pump coupling seat nuts.
5. The series and parallel operation mode of the pump can be adopted according to the use requirements, i.e. flow and head.
6. The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of the pipeline layout.
三、 Working conditions of IHG vertical single stage single suction centrifugal pump:
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa, please indicate the working pressure of the system when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it shall be put forward separately when ordering, so that the overflow part and the connection part of the pump can be made of cast steel.
2. Ambient temperature < 40 ℃, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: if the medium used is with small particles, please indicate when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seal.

Mechanical maintenance
Inspection and maintenance before startup:
1. Whether the lubricating oil of air conditioning pump bearing is sufficient and good;
2. Check whether the foundation bolts and coupling bolts of air conditioning pump and motor are loose and fall off;
3. Whether the air conditioning pump and water inlet pipe are full of water;
4. Whether the shaft seal leaks or drips (the drips per minute meet the requirements);
5. For the horizontal air-conditioning pump, it is required to manually rotate the coupling to check whether the pump impeller can rotate. If it does not, the cause must be found out and the hidden danger must be eliminated before starting;
B. Start up inspection and maintenance:
1. Determine whether the rotation direction of air conditioning pump shaft (impeller) is correct;
2. Whether the rotation is flexible and whether there is jamming;
C. Operation inspection and maintenance:
1. The motor shall not have too high temperature rise and no peculiar smell;
2. The bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ℃ - 40 ℃, and the ultimate maximum temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 80 ℃
3. There is no water leakage at the shaft seal (except for the form of water dripping specified) and the nozzle head;
4. No abnormal noise and vibration;
5. The nuts of foundation bolts and other connecting bolts shall be free of looseness;
6. Whether there is obvious deformation in the soft joint of water inlet and outlet pipes;
7. Whether the current is within the normal working range;
D. Regular maintenance:
a. If lubricating oil is used, clean and replace it once a year;
b. If lubricating grease is used, the air conditioning pump shall be replaced every 2000h;
c. If packing is used for sealing, when water leakage is found or the number of water leakage drops exceeds the standard, it shall be compacted or replaced;
d. If mechanical water seal is adopted, it shall be replaced according to the inspection conditions;
e. Overhaul: overhaul the water pump once a year, mainly including cleaning and inspection;
f. Derusting and painting: antirust treatment shall be carried out for the air conditioning pump body without heat preservation once a year.
