Warning:
1. Before connecting the power supply, the ground wire must be connected. If there is no ground wire, it may cause electric shock. The ground wire must not be connected to the gas pipeline, otherwise it is easy to cause fire and electric shock accidents.
When there is dust around the metal part of the power plug, please clean it carefully with a dry cloth. Otherwise, it is easy to cause fire and electric shock accidents. Please do not use the power supply voltage outside the regulations, otherwise it will cause the electrical components to burn down and easy to cause fire and electric shock accidents.
2. When water, oil and other foreign matters intrude into the equipment, please turn off the power supply immediately, otherwise it is easy to cause fire and electric shock accidents.
3. Do not refit the control cabinet by yourself, or it will easily cause fire, electric shock accident, and abnormal operation of the equipment, etc.
4. When replacing the fuse, please use the fuse of the same model as the original fuse. Otherwise, it is easy to cause fire and electric shock accidents.
In case of any of the following phenomena, please stop the operation immediately and contact the authorized maintenance management personnel for handling.
(1) Smoke
(2) Abnormal sound
(3) There are some problems not mentioned in the manual
(4) It is impossible to operate according to the instructions in the manual
matters needing attention:
As for the power cord, please pay attention to the following points. Otherwise, the power cord may be damaged, causing fire and electric shock accidents.
(1) Do not damage the power cord, modify the power cord without permission, and the power cord shall not be too tight.
(2) Please turn off the power switch for safety during maintenance.
(3) Do not turn the power on or off with wet hands.
Do not connect the wrong wires. If the wire is used in the wrong connection state, it is easy to cause safety failure of the machine and peripheral devices. The distribution cabinet shall be placed on a flat and clean ground and fixed. Do not put it in the place with strong vibration and instability.
During maintenance, please use a clean and soft cloth to gently wipe. If the dirt is serious, please dip a soft cloth in the neutral detergent mixed with water, screw it out and wipe off the dirt. Do not use organic solvents.

4. Preparation before operation
4.1 check and clean the abnormal objects on the equipment table.
4.2 turn on the air switch.
4.3 check whether the supply voltage is within the rated range.
4.4 check whether there is any difference between the outside and the inside of the distribution cabinet.
三、 Inspection and maintenance
The inspection and maintenance of the distribution cabinet depends on the use frequency and the operation environment. If it is used for a long time or in a very hot or humid environment, the inspection and maintenance should be more frequent.
Inspection and maintenance shall pay attention to the following aspects:
Every day:
(1) Check and clean the foreign matters around the distribution cabinet.
(2) Check the working status of buttons and indicator lights.
(3) Whether the voltage and current are normal.
Monthly:
(1) Check whether the automatic and manual functions are normal and whether the indicator lights are on normally.
(2) Check whether the connecting screw of pressing wire is loose.
四、 Operating instructions
1. Start the machine as follows:
one point one Before opening the air switch, please make sure that there is no foreign matter in the power distribution cabinet and the voltage is normal. After starting the air switch, the power indicator light of the power distribution cabinet will be on and the voltmeter will display the real-time voltage
One point two At this time, turn the knob switch to the manual position, press the start button of the main pump, the main pump will start normally; the operation indicator light of the main pump will be on
One point three In the process of manual start and operation, press the stop button of main pump, and the main pump will stop;
In the process of manual start and operation, press the standby pump stop button, the standby pump will stop running;
Warning: for the safety of equipment and water pipeline, it is forbidden to manually start the standby pump during the operation of main pump!!!
