1. Introduction of diesel engine self priming pump

The self-priming pump of diesel engine does not need filling before starting (filling water is still needed after the first start of installation). 2. Start up and operation of diesel engine self priming pump

(3) Pay attention to the readings of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. After startup, when the readings of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge fluctuate for a period of time and the display is stable, it means that the self-priming pump of diesel engine is full of liquid and enters into normal infusion operation.

(4) Before the diesel engine self-priming pump enters the normal infusion operation, that is, during the self-priming process, special attention should be paid to the increase of water temperature in the pump. If the process is too long and the water temperature in the pump is too high, stop the self-priming pump of diesel engine, check the cause and restart it after repair.

(5) If the temperature of the liquid in the self-priming pump of diesel engine is too high and it is difficult to self-priming, the machine can be shut down temporarily and the liquid in the discharge pipe can be reversed back. Liquid can be added directly to the pump. Cool the liquid in the pump and start it.

(6) If the self-priming pump of diesel engine has strong vibration and noise, it may be caused by the cavitation of the pump. There are two reasons for cavitation: one is the excessive flow velocity of the inlet pipe, the other is the excessive suction distance. When the flow is too high, the outlet regulating valve can be adjusted, the pressure gauge reading can be increased, and the blockage of the inlet pipeline can be eliminated in time; when the suction distance is too high, the installation height of the pump can be properly reduced.

(7) When the pump stops for some reason during operation, when it needs to be restarted, the outlet control valve should be slightly opened (not completely closed), which is not only conducive to the gas discharge from the outlet during the suction process, but also ensures that the tip is light. To start.
