Use and operation procedures of diesel engine fire pump

3. You can select "automatic" or "manual" operation status on the control cabinet, remote monitoring status;
Inspection before start of diesel engine fire pump
1. Check whether the fuel tank of diesel engine fire pump (more than 1 / 2 of the fuel tank) is sufficient;
2. Check whether the water level of the diesel engine fire pump water tank is sufficient (at the top of the diesel engine cooler, open the cooling water spray cover before starting);
3. Check whether the oil level of diesel engine fire pump is appropriate
4. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of diesel engine fire pump are open;
5. Check the normal battery voltage (24V) of diesel engine fire pump and the water level in the battery (the voltage in the upper right corner of the control cabinet requires local inspection of the battery water level)
Diesel engine fire pump manual start
1. The diesel engine pump can be started after normal detection;
2. Turn on the start mode switch on the control cabinet at the "manual" position, and press the "diesel engine start" button on the control cabinet for 2 seconds to start the diesel engine fire pump;
3. After the diesel engine runs at low speed for about half a minute, press the "diesel acceleration button" for one second, then release it, the speed will rise, and then press the "diesel acceleration button" for one second after it is stable. The secondary diesel engine gradually increased to a speed of about 1610 rpm, and then the "diesel acceleration button" did not work, indicating that the diesel engine fire pump began to reach the set value, and the pump operation was observed on site. If the diesel engine speed is too high (the system protection stops automatically after exceeding 1650rpm), it is necessary to press the "diesel engine deceleration" button to reduce the speed to the rated speed.

1. In automatic mode, there are two modes: automatic start and remote operation start

After several times, the speed of the diesel engine dropped to about 840 rpm, no longer dropping. The description has been simplified to "idle" state.
2. Press the "diesel engine stop" button for 3 or 5 seconds, release the button after the diesel engine stops completely and stop.
Rules for regular inspection of fire pump room equipment
1. Start the diesel engine fire pump every half a month for at least 10 minutes to ensure that the diesel engine fire pump is in good standby state; check the pipeline flange and system prompts. No leakage, ensure the system is in good condition;
