Instructions for XBC series diesel engine fire pump set

XBC series diesel engine fire pump set is a fixed fire extinguishing device developed by our company according to national fire pump standard and nfpa20 standard of American Fire Protection Association. It is mainly used for fire water supply and foam extinguishing system in petrochemical, natural gas, power generation, cotton, linen textile, warehouses, airports, wharves, high-rise buildings and other industries. Structure description of diesel engine fire pump unit

The XBC series diesel engine fire pumps are driven by diesel engines to drive fire pumps and to output pressure water or air foam mixture for fire fighting and fire fighting. Diesel engine fire pump unit mainly consists of diesel engine, pump, transmission device, public base

(1) Engine

(2) Water pump

(3) Heat exchanger and its cooling system

The engine cooling system of diesel engine fire pump group adopts two-way closed cycle heat exchanger, which has the advantages of high cooling efficiency and little impact on the ambient temperature of pump house. The system flow chart is shown in figure (1). It can be seen from the figure that the flow direction of the cooling water. When the water outlet pipe of the water pump runs to the ball valve controlled heat exchanger, the water temperature of the body cooling water can be kept between 85 ℃ ~ 95 ℃. In the case of automatic control of the fire pump device, the diesel engine fire pump set is provided with a solenoid valve which is connected with the ball valve in parallel. In general, the solenoid valve is closed, and the cooling water can meet the cooling requirements of the engine through the gate valve. When the engine cooling water temperature exceeds 95 ℃, the solenoid valve will automatically open, the cooling water flow will increase, and the engine cooling water temperature will decrease. For example, after 20 seconds, the diesel engine water temperature is still greater than 95 ℃, the automatic control system will send out an audible and visual alarm, and call the staff to the site for inspection. When the engine cooling water temperature is lower than 75 ℃, the solenoid valve will close automatically. The opening and closing of the solenoid valve is directly controlled by the PLC of the automatic control system, and the engine water temperature controlled by the automatic control system can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

(4) Instrumentation

The instrument panel of diesel engine fire pump group is equipped with water pump pressure gauge and water pump vacuum gauge, as well as tachometer, hydraulic gauge, water temperature gauge, ammeter and fuel gauge to display the working state of the engine. The tachometer can directly display the engine. And the speed value of the pump. The operator can adjust the working status of the pump unit in time according to the display of the instrument.

(5) Water diversion mechanism of vacuum pump
